Floors: vitrified tiles, marble, granite, Kota stone, sealed wood and laminate – any smooth, hard, dry floor.
Rugs: works best on flat-backed rugs, dhurries, doormats, runners and carpets. On rugs with a rubber or dusty backing, brush the back clean first.
Not for: wet bathroom floors, outdoor use, or rough cement and unsealed stone – the tape needs a clean, smooth surface to bond to.

Will it really stop my rug sliding on tiles or marble?
Yes – that is exactly what it is made for. Smooth tiles and marble are where rugs slide the most, and they are also the surfaces this tape bonds to best. The one condition: the floor must be clean and completely dry when you apply it. Dust or a damp film is the number one reason tape lets go.
Will it damage my floor or leave sticky marks?
Straight answer: this is a strong adhesive, so some sticky residue can stay behind when you remove it, especially after months in place or on porous stone. On sealed tiles, vitrified tiles and marble, leftover residue wipes off with a cloth and a little coconut oil or rubbing alcohol. On polished wood or delicate finishes, test a small piece in a hidden spot first.
How do I remove it later?
Lift the rug, then peel the tape off the floor slowly at a low angle. If it resists, warm it for a few seconds with a hair dryer and it comes up more easily. Wipe any leftover adhesive with a little oil or rubbing alcohol.
Which rugs does it work with?
Flat-backed rugs, dhurries, cotton and jute rugs, doormats, runners and wall-to-wall carpet edges. On rugs with a rubber or latex back, brush the back clean before you press it down. Very thick, shaggy rugs may need more tape along the edges.
How much tape will I need?
For a 4 × 6 ft rug, taping the four corners plus one strip across the middle uses roughly 1.5 m. Edging all four sides uses about 6 m. A doormat or yoga mat needs well under a metre. The pack has 2 rolls.
Do I need scissors or tools?
No. The tape tears cleanly by hand to whatever length you need. Stick it to the floor, tear, peel the liner, lay the rug and press.
Can I use it in the bathroom or outdoors?
We do not recommend it. It is made for dry indoor floors. Standing water, daily mopping over the tape and outdoor sun and rain all weaken the bond over time. Avoid mopping the taped spot for the first 24 hours.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. There is no account and no password. Checkout asks for your name, delivery address, phone number and email so we can send you the tracking link – nothing else. The ‘Sign in’ link at the top of checkout is only there for people who have ordered before. You can ignore it completely.
How long does delivery take?
