About PlentyBuy
A small store, not a warehouse
PlentyBuy is an independent online store based in New Delhi, Delhi, shipping across India. We are not a marketplace and we are not trying to list a million products. We stock a short, deliberately small list of products at a time, and we would rather explain each one properly than bury it in an endless catalogue.
Why we started
Buying a simple, useful gadget online in India is harder than it should be. Listings are copy-pasted from suppliers, the photos belong to somebody else, the specifications contradict each other, and the review count is usually invented. You end up ordering half-blind and hoping.
PlentyBuy exists to remove that guesswork on a small number of products. Fewer items, described accurately, delivered on terms that do not require you to trust us in advance.
How we choose what to sell
Every product has to clear four checks before it goes live:
- It solves one specific annoyance. Not a novelty you use once. A mug that stirs itself, a light you can stick up without wiring, a strip that makes your car visible at night.
- The price makes sense at Indian retail. If it only works as a Rs 3,000 impulse buy, we skip it.
- We can describe it honestly. If we cannot confirm the specifications, the listing does not go live. This is why some products sit in draft longer than we would like.
- It survives a return. Anything fragile enough to arrive broken half the time is not worth selling on Cash on Delivery.
Products that fail after launch get removed. A short catalogue is the point, not a limitation.
Cash on Delivery, and why we lead with it
Most of India still prefers to pay at the door, and we think that is reasonable. You have no relationship with us yet. COD means you carry none of the risk of finding out whether we are real.
So: inspect the parcel before you pay. If the box is torn, opened, wet or clearly damaged, refuse it at the door. You are charged nothing. That is not a courtesy we are extending, it is how it should work.

- Returns: 7 days from delivery. Damaged, defective or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we cover return shipping.
If something goes wrong and you are not getting anywhere, say so directly in the email. We would rather refund you than argue.
