Do I need to create an account to order?

Will my phone actually stay dry?
Yes, for normal bathroom use. The cover seals along the top and is built to keep out shower spray, splashes and steam. It is not a diving case – do not take it into a pool or submerge it, and always check the seal is properly closed before you hang it up.
Does the touchscreen really work through the cover?
It does. The front panel is a thin touch-sensitive film, so tapping, swiping and scrolling all work normally, including with wet hands. Face unlock and fingerprint sensors on the back of the phone will not work through it, so keep a PIN handy.

Will it stick to my bathroom wall?
It needs a smooth, non-porous surface: glazed tile, glass, a mirror or an acrylic shower panel. It will not hold on rough stone, textured tile, unpainted plaster or grout lines. Clean the spot, dry it completely, press firmly for thirty seconds and leave it two hours before hanging your phone on it.
Will it damage my tiles when I take it off?
On glazed tile, glass and mirror it lifts off without marking the surface. Warm the mount with a hairdryer for a few seconds first and peel slowly rather than yanking it. On painted walls or wallpaper, adhesive mounts of any kind can pull the finish – avoid those surfaces.
How long does delivery take?
