  • PlentyBuy ("we", "us", "our") operates www.plentybuy.com, an online retail store selling physical products delivered across India.
  • These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on PlentyBuy.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Products

  • We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order on PlentyBuy constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you are committing to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in your future orders being restricted to prepaid only.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in INR and subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept the following payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (via Cashfree Payments), and Cash on Delivery.
  • For prepaid orders, payment must be completed at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
  • PlentyBuy does not store your card or banking credentials. All transactions are securely processed through Cashfree Payments.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently deliver within India only.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation or compensation.
  • A tracking number will be shared with you via email once your order is shipped.
  • PlentyBuy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD orders are subject to availability and delivery location.
  • Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • If a COD order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or refusal, re-delivery may be arranged at our discretion.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction from future COD purchases.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and product descriptions — is the property of PlentyBuy or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • PlentyBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier failures, or government restrictions.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the website's functionality
