Will the handles pop out mid-rep?

No, and this is the one thing worth reading before you buy anything in this category. Cheap boards drill a plain hole and push a plastic pin into it – too loose and the handle lifts out under you, too tight and it cracks. This board uses a double lock: the handle base snap-fits into the slot, then a heavy-duty plug-in collar seats underneath it. You feel and hear it click. It does not rotate, rock or lift while you are on it.

What do the colours mean?

The colour map is printed straight onto the board, so there is no booklet to lose and nothing to memorise. Blue is chest. Red is shoulders. Green is triceps. Yellow is back. Move the two handles to the slots of one colour, do your set, then move them to the next colour. Nine handle positions in total across the four muscle groups.

A foldable 9-in-1 push-up board with two locking handles and a colour map printed straight onto the frame. Blue is chest, red is shoulders, green is triceps, yellow is back — move the handles to a colour, do your set, move to the next one.

The handles are held two ways, by a snap-fit joint and a heavy-duty plug-in collar, so they do not lift out from under you mid-rep. The grips are silicone rather than bare plastic, and sixteen rubber pads keep the board from creeping forward on tile.

65 cm open, folding to roughly 32 cm. Nothing to assemble. Cash on Delivery across India — count every part in front of the delivery agent before you pay.

What Buyers Are Saying

★★★★★

Bought this one specifically because of the locking handles

I returned a cheaper board last month because the handle lifted straight out of the hole mid set and I went down on my chin. This one clicks in and there is a second collar under it. Three weeks of daily sets and it has not moved once.

Rohit Salunkhe, Pune

★★★★★

Handles don't pop out. That's the whole review 💪

That was my only worry. It's solved. Buy it.

Karan T., Indore

★★★★★

84 kg and it doesn't creak

I am not a small guy and I have snapped a plastic push up stand before. Went down slow the first few reps waiting for a crack. Nothing. The board is thick and there is no flex under the handles at all.

Manpreet Sandhu, Ludhiana

★★★★★

Grip held even when my hands were dripping 😅

Bengaluru summer, no fan, forty minutes in. The silicone on the handles is soft and slightly tacky, my palms did not slide at all. That was the thing I got wrong with my last one.

Sharath Gowda, Bengaluru

★★★★★

Counted every part in front of the delivery guy

Board, two handles, sixteen rubber pads. All there, all sealed, nothing scratched. Paid cash after checking. I have had bad experiences ordering fitness stuff online so I am glad this let me open it first.

Nivedita Rane, Nashik

★★★★

Wide enough for me, broad guys should measure first

My shoulders are average and the wide chest position is comfortable. It is 65 cm open, so if you are genuinely broad measure the gap between your hands before ordering rather than assuming. For me the form actually improved.

Abhinav Dutta, Kolkata

★★★★★

Wrist pain is gone

Floor push ups used to leave my wrists aching for a day after. Holding the handles keeps the wrist straight instead of bent back and that problem just disappeared. Did not expect that to be the main benefit.

Farhan Ali, Hyderabad

★★★★★

Colours still sharp after two months ✅

Used it almost daily and wiped it down with a wet cloth every week. No fading, nothing peeling off. My old one had the printing rub off the corners in about ten days.

Deepika Nair, Kochi

★★★★★

No booklet needed, it's printed on the board

Blue chest, red shoulders, green triceps, yellow back. It is right there in front of your face while you are on the floor. I never opened a guide, I just moved the handles to the next colour.

Sanjay Bisht, Dehradun

★★★★

It won't do the work for you, obviously

Being honest since some reviews oversell these. It is a board with handles. It does not make you fit. What it does is give you nine hand positions and a straight wrist so the twenty minutes you actually put in are better. That is worth the money, the rest is on you.

Vivek Menon, Chennai

★★★★★

Folds and goes under the bed 🙌

Half the size folded. My room is small and this was the deciding factor over a bench.

Ritika Jain, Jaipur

★★★★★

Doesn't slide on tiles

Stuck the rubber pads on the underside like the picture shows and it stays put on smooth tile flooring. It was creeping forward before I put them on, so do use them.

Prakash Yadav, Kanpur

The problem

Floor Push-Ups Hit One Muscle And Wreck Your Wrists

Hands flat on the floor, same width every single time. Your chest does most of the work, your shoulders and back barely get touched, and your wrists spend the whole set bent back at ninety degrees.

So you stop at twenty. Not because you are tired – because your wrists hurt and you are bored of doing the identical movement.

You do not need a gym. You need your hands off the floor and in nine different positions.

pushup-hero-board-handles

The fix

One Board. Nine Positions. Your Whole Upper Body.

The GripLock™ 9-in-1 board puts a pair of locking handles anywhere you need them across a colour-mapped frame.

Move the handles, change the muscle. That is the entire system.

  • Nine handle positions, four muscle groups

Chest, shoulders, triceps and back – from one board, on your bedroom floor, without changing anything but where the handles sit.

  • Wrists stay straight

You grip a handle instead of pressing a flat palm into the floor. The bent-back wrist that ends most sets early simply does not happen.

  • Handles that lock, not wobble

Snap-fit slot plus a heavy-duty plug-in collar. Two points of hold, so the handle does not lift out from under you.

  • Folds to half its size

65 cm open, folding down to roughly 32 cm. It goes under the bed or behind the almirah between sessions.

The thing that goes wrong on cheap boards

The Handle Coming Out Mid-Rep. Solved Twice Over.

Read the one-star reviews on any ₹200 push-up board and it is the same sentence every time: the holes are either too loose and the handle pops off, or so tight the plastic cracks. You are on the floor with your bodyweight over it when that happens.

This board uses a double lock – a snap-fit joint and a heavy-duty plug-in – so the handle is held at two points, not one.

  • Snap-fit joint

The handle base drops into the slot and clicks. You hear it. No guessing whether it is seated.

  • Heavy-duty plug-in collar

A second locking piece seats underneath. Two points of hold instead of one loose pin in a plain hole.

  • Silicone anti-slip grip

Soft and slightly tacky, so sweaty palms stay put. The other way people get hurt on these boards is the hand sliding off the bar, not the bar leaving the board.

  • Sixteen anti-slip base pads

Stick them on the underside and the board stops creeping forward on tile or marble mid-set.

pushup-handles-fit-stably-no-wobble

Built to be leaned on

No Wobble, No Rock, No Creak

The frame is reinforced, thickened ABS – not the thin hollow shell that flexes the moment a heavier person lowers onto it slowly.

Being straight with you: we do not publish a certified load rating, because this board has not been independently load-tested and we are not going to invent a number. What we will say is that there is no give under the handle positions and no flex through the hinge. If it does not feel solid under you, send it back inside seven days and we collect it.

No instruction booklet to lose

The Colour Map Is Printed On The Board

A common complaint on these boards is that the promised training guide never arrives, or arrives and gets thrown out with the box. Then you are staring at twenty holes with no idea which one does what.

Here the whole system is printed on the board itself, facing you while you are on the floor. Move both handles to one colour, do your set, move to the next colour.

  • Blue – Chest

Wide and standard positions for the pectorals.

  • Red – Shoulders

Forward positions that load the deltoids.

  • Green – Triceps

Close and narrow positions for the back of the arm.

  • Yellow – Back

Angled positions for the lats and upper back.

Ten seconds to set up

How You Actually Use It

Done for the day? Pull the handles out, fold the board in half and it goes under the bed. Nothing stays out on your floor.

  • Unfold it

It arrives assembled. Open the two halves flat – nothing to build, no parts bag, no tools.

  • Click the handles into a colour

Pick the muscle you are training and drop both handles into that colour's slots until they click.

  • Do your set, then switch colour

Ten reps on blue, pull the handles, ten on green. Four muscle groups without getting off the floor.

pushup-dimensions-64cm-open

The size question, answered with numbers

65 cm Open. 32 cm Folded.

The most common three-star complaint on push-up boards is “too narrow for my shoulders – it constricts my form instead of correcting it.” That is a fair complaint, and it is a real problem on the short boards.

So here is the measurement instead of an adjective: 65 cm across when open, 19 cm deep, folding to roughly 32 cm. The widest chest slots sit near the ends of that span. Measure the gap between your hands on a comfortable wide push-up – if it is under 65 cm, you are fine.

The other half of the one-star reviews

Count The Parts Right After Delivery

Go and read the bad reviews on marketplace push-up boards. Half of them are not about the board at all – they are arrived cracked, or clearly used. Then weeks of arguing about a replacement.

You are paying at your door, so that argument never starts. Open the parcel. If anything is cracked, missing or looks second-hand, WhatsApp us and pay nothing.

Everything else you might ask

Will the handles come loose or pop out while I am using it?

This is the single most common failure on cheap push-up boards, so it is worth answering properly. The handle here is held two ways: it snap-fits into the slot, and a heavy-duty plug-in collar seats underneath it. You will hear the click when it is home. Push it fully in before every set – a handle that is only half seated is the one that lifts, on any board.

Will my hands slip off the handles when I sweat?

The grips are silicone rather than bare hard plastic, so they hold on damp palms. If you train in real heat, keep a small towel next to you and wipe the grips between sets – the same thing you would do on a gym bar.

How much weight will it take? I am a heavier build.

Straight answer: we do not publish a certified load figure, because this board has not been independently load-tested and we would rather say so than invent a number. The frame is reinforced, thickened ABS with no flex under the handle positions or through the hinge. Lower yourself under control rather than dropping onto it, and keep both handles fully clicked in. If it does not feel solid under you, send it back inside seven days and we collect it.

Is it wide enough for broad shoulders?

It is 65 cm across when open and 19 cm deep. The widest chest slots sit near the ends of that span. Measure the gap between your hands on a comfortable wide push-up – if it is under 65 cm you will be fine. If you are unusually broad, this board will feel narrower than the floor, and that is worth knowing before you order rather than after.

What do the colours mean, and is there an instruction guide?

Blue is chest, red is shoulders, green is triceps, yellow is back. The map is printed on the board itself, facing you while you are on the floor, so there is no booklet to lose. Put both handles in the same colour, complete your set, then move to the next colour.

Will it slide on tile or marble flooring?

Sixteen rubber anti-slip pads are included. Stick them onto the underside of the board before your first session – this is the step people skip and then report the board creeping forward. On a mat or carpet you may not need them at all.

Will the colour printing rub off?

Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it. Do not scrub it with steel wool or scouring powder, and do not leave it out in direct sun for days – that is what fades printing on any plastic board.

Is this just a fancy way to do push-ups?

Partly, yes, and we would rather say so than oversell it. It will not make you fit on its own and it is not a substitute for weights. What it changes is that your wrists stay straight instead of bent back, and you get nine hand positions instead of one – so a twenty minute session covers chest, shoulders, triceps and back instead of hammering the same angle until you are bored. The effort is still yours.

What exactly is in the box?

One foldable 9-in-1 board, two push-up handles with silicone grips, and sixteen anti-slip rubber base pads. Nothing needs assembling. Count the parts in front of the delivery agent before you pay – that is the point of Cash on Delivery.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. There is no account and no password. Checkout asks for your name, delivery address, phone number and email so we can send the tracking link – nothing else.

How long does delivery take, and how do I pay?

Dispatched within one to two working days. Metro cities in three to five working days, other cities five to eight, remote pin codes seven to twelve. Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes across India and is currently the only payment method at checkout – nothing is paid online and no card details are entered anywhere. Please keep the exact amount ready.

What if it arrives damaged, or I want to return it?

Inspect the parcel before you pay. If the box is torn, wet or clearly damaged, refuse the delivery and you will not be charged. If you spot a problem after opening, email us within 48 hours with photos. Changed your mind? Seven days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging.
