It screws straight onto the flexible hose already fitted to your wall – nothing behind the tile is touched. Your existing wall bracket holds it, because the head folds flat when closed. A hose is not included, so if yours is old or already leaking at the joint, replace that separately.

Will it actually fix my low water pressure?

What it cannot do is create pressure out of nothing – if the tank is empty or the line is genuinely dead, no shower head on earth will help. On a normal overhead tank or building supply, expect a noticeably harder spray.

How do I clean the nozzles?
Rub the plate with your thumb under running water – the nozzle tips flex and pop scale straight off. For heavy limescale, unscrew the nozzle and soak it in warm water with a little vinegar for an hour, then rinse and refit.
What does the pause switch do?
It stops the water at the head so you can soap up or shampoo without touching the tap. When you switch it back on, your hot and cold mix is exactly where you left it – no fiddling to get the temperature right again.
Will it rust?
The nozzle plate is stainless steel, so it will not rust or pit from daily use and hard water. Wipe it dry now and then if you want to stop water spots forming on the finish.
